Mindfulness Challenge

The Mindfulness Challenge came as a activities-based template provided by Beanstack, and we used it as is, with moderate success. Here is how it was advertised:

Take a deep breath in and out, notice where you are, and how you are feeling. Great job! You are on your way to becoming a more mindful person. Try this challenge through the library's Beanstack app ( and explore Activities, Apps, Basics, Books, Mental Health, Mindful Breathing, Mindfulness vs Meditation, Podcasts, Stress, and Tips to help you become a more Mindful person.

The Mindfulness Challenge is self-paced and available throughout the month of November.
